Thanksgiving

For thanksgiving Dan and I both worked. So we just had dinner together after I got off work. Being pescatarian, the only meat we eat is seafood, we bought a tofurkey for the first year. It was shaped like a roast and was not so bad tasting. We also had mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy.

Here is the mushroom gravy

The inside of  the roast had a brown rice mixture that was quite tasty
